Welcome to Keller Williams Realty Phoenix—we’re excited to have you join our company! To ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding process, we need you to complete the following required forms. These documents help finalize your access to the building, reserve your office space, and provide you with the amenities you’ll need to work comfortably.
STEP 1 - New Agent Information Form
This form is a simple but essential step in getting you fully set up in our systems. It collects your basic details, contact information, some licensing details, and a few other key items we need to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
STEP 2 - Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) + Access & Amenities Agreement
All new agents must complete the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and New Agent Hire Form to officially join our brokerage. These documents outline your role as an independent agent, commission structure, compliance requirements, and other key details necessary for onboarding.
🔹 The ICA Form establishes your contractual agreement with the brokerage.
🔹 The New Agent Hire Form ensures we have all the required information to set up your access to company systems and resources.
🔹 The Access & Amenities Agreement is essential for gaining full access to Entrada’s facilities. By completing this form, you will receive:
- Parking Access – Entry permissions for designated parking areas.
- Keycard Access – Secure entry to the building and shared areas.
- Fitness Center Access & Waiver – Permission to use the on-site fitness center (waiver required for liability purposes).
STEP 3 (OPTIONAL) - Office Space Lease Agreement
If you are interested in renting office space inside of the Market Center, please confirm which office space you’d like to secure, as availability may be limited, and complete the Lease Agreement in the link above.
